In a sub-contracting arrangement with Queensland Web Design, iWeb Solutions (formerly BS Computer Solutions) redeveloped Ergon Energy's corporate Intranet website and also developed a number of applications including:

• development of an Intranet helpdesk application for their existing client server helpdesk system;
• an intranet application to allow staff to browse and search for corporate process documents;
• an online staff phone directory; and
• intranet development, support and maintenance services.
